Looking for a caregiver for a dementia patient

We are a family of 5 people and a large dog. We are looking for a caregiver for my father, who is an elderly dementia patient. The caregiver will need help with food preparation for him, giving him his medicines, support him in showering, help him in toileting, accompany him for walks, keep him engaged through the day with some light exercises, puzzles, reading, etc.
The caregiver will also help with some basic housework - food prep, cleaning, ironing, taking the dog for a walk, and groceries.
The caregiver needs to have had previous experience with looking after an elderly patient. It would be a bonus if they have also had experience with someone with dementia.
