I have an elderly father who is living alone in a 2 room rented flat . He is a stroke patient with slight mobility impaired mostly affecting his right side . He needs to be supervised daily due to increased risk of falls with occasional dizziness ..
as for helper accommodation, due to space constraints (no rooms available ) we will be setting up partition in the living hall instead
