Looking for exp helper (Indonesian/Myanmar/Filipino)

I am looking for a helper with Singapore experience, preferably with previous employer‘s contact number. We prefer direct hire (no agency involved).
What matters most to us is good personality, stability, and reliability. Skills can be learned.

Chinese family, 2 adults 1 kid(9yo), no pet, share room with kid, respectful to helpers.

👩‍🍼 Main Duties
Housekeeping, cooking, fetch/send child to school, simple grocery shopping.

** MUST HAVE Singapore experience **
Preferably with employer reference
Good English; basic Chinese is a bonus
Under 38 years old
Clean, organised, and responsible
Calm personality, not moody, not easily stressed
Not addicted to phone
Genuinely likes children
Honest, steady, and willing to learn
Long-term commitment preferred
