Looking for full timer helper

We are a French/Taiwanese family with 2 boys (8 and 10 years old, school full day) plus a 3.5 years old super affectionate labrador in Serangoon gardens area.

We are interested in someone who is
* Comfortable and patient with active kids
* Comfortable and kind to dog (min. 2 proper walks a day).
* Meticulous and attentive overall in particularly to cleaning and hygiene related matters. Keep our single floor landed house spotless including your own room.
* Independent and mature to keep the house running especially when we travel overseas.
* Respectful, discreet, honest and trust worthy as how we are to anyone.
* Confident in cooking, can follow recipes and know how to use appliances.
* Help with weekly grocery list and meal planning if needed.
* Child minding (safety always first).
