Looking for helper to care for our child with special needs

We are a family of three, with both parents working as doctors, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced helper to join our household. Our daughter is 4 years and 11 months old and has special needs, including autism and communication delays. Caring for her requires patience, understanding, and prior experience in working with children with similar challenges.
