Looking for helper with good personal hygiene

We are a family of 3 members (will become 4 in Oct 2025), includes one 5 year old preschooler. 4th person will be a newborn.

Looking for a helper with:
- no need experience but need to learn fast
- good personal hygiene, cleans up after self well. No make a mess of shared items and shared areas.
- can understand basic verbal English
- is not vain, nor cares for regular application of cosmetics
- has attention to detail
- careful while cleaning surfaces, careful with items that are delicate or easy to spoil
- engages in self-directed learning when facing unfamiliar items in the house. Learn their functions so as to know how to use them the right way.

Priority is housechores, learn to pick up our preferences for housechores fast. Don't repeat same mistakes. No need cooking. Laundry is mostly by washing machine. No ironing.

Before newborn arrives, helper will have own room. After newborn arrives, helper will share room with female employer and the newborn.
