Looking for a helper in Singapore

Looking for a pleasant, kind, can cook, patient, Chinese speaking preferably live in helper.

We are a family of 2 in Singapore, one adult and an elderly who is mobile and now having some kind of backpain and discomfort. Diabetic and high cholesterol but in perfect condition. Small dog needs to walk 15 mins each time, 2 times a day. Someone with hotel management, nursing is an advantage.
