Warm, reliable helper wanted for family with a 7-year-old

We're a friendly family in a Tanjong Pagar condo, with a 7-year-old daughter and a father who is mostly away traveling, and we're looking for an experienced, caring helper to start in January. We're open to a transfer helper.

Weekdays' tasks:
around 11:00–12:00, shop for groceries and cook lunch, and sometimes dinner. Tidy up in the afternoon if needed.
Pick up my daughter from school at 16:00–17:00.
From 17:00 to about 19:00, feed and play with her, pack her bag, and plan breakfast and packed lunch.

About twice a week, watch her while I'm out at an event.
On Saturdays, take her to some of the classes, events and playdates.

Weekly tasks:
laundry when baskets are full, ironing 1–2 times, vacuuming and washing floors 1–2 times, bathroom cleaning 1–2 times, and bed covers and towels once.

Every now and then:
AC wipe-off, help when we host every 2–3 months,
and stay over in the evening for 2–5 days when I'm on a business trip, about once every 1–2 months.

We'd like someone patient and kind who loves children and cooking, with good English and ideally childcare experience. You'll have a weekly rest day and your own room if you want to live in, open to other arrangements. You're welcome to cook for yourself, or to share our meals if you like our diet.
