Looking for Filipino worker sister or Indian maid

There are four people in our family, including a half-year-old child and a puppy.
We are now looking for helpers who meet the following conditions, have more than four years of experience, and have good recommendation letters
Enthusiastic, friendly, kind, diligent, polite, likes children and animals, and can help with daily affairs.

The first priority is to take care of the children, with superb cooking skills, well-organized work, and can easily handle all cooking, cleaning and other tasks (laundry, cleaning, ironing)
We have prepared a private room for the helpers.
