Need to hire a maid ASAP

we are a family with 2 kids, we both work so my wife needs some help at the house, we are mostly not lazy so we don't depend completely on the maid.
me and my wife are both educated and nice with others, so we need a person who would want to live in such positive and friendly house, and be able to commit to her responsibilities.
Our kids speak English fluently so the candidate has to be able to communicate in English.
