Need Responsible Helper

Offer:
- HK$5,000 (negotiable) plus quarterly bonus basing on performance.
- Your own room, TV, air con & toilet
- WiFi, phone card with data, local transportation
- Can take annual leave every year
- We do not have many restrictions as long as you respect the freehand – e.g. can back home after 9 pm on your rest day, but it does not mean 2am without pre-informing us.
- You are welcome to use sitting room / dining room as you like

Job:
- Kam Sheung Road MTR, 30 mins to TST or Central. There are big shopping mall, small shops and wet market nearby.
- House is 2,100 sq ft with root top and a garden, 2 adults, 5 cats and 2 cars.
- HOWEVER, the workload is not that much, e.g. you do NOT have to wash cats, 10 mins to wash one car each day and NO waxing, clean one section of the house every week, we seldom eat at home but cooking is very important to us.

Requirement:
- FINISHED contract only, at least 4 years in a family, and you are NOW working in HK.
- Can use home electronics, job is easy if you can press the buttons & follow usage manuals.
- Attitude is most important – please take your job seriously and HONESTLY, think with common sense, respect our habits, follow instructions closely, and with a great heart on cats.
- We do NOT have time to teach you. We will have written instructions for you to SELF-learnt and manage things with common sense, e.g. close the windows when it rains, open the window when no rain, and do these without us telling you.
- Your proactive communication with us is very important. You can reach us with WeChat any time to ask and check.
