Good family to work with

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids - one boy (4yo) one girl (2yo). My husband works in China most of the time, so there will be 4 of us most of the time in the household. We would need someone who can handle housework chores, able to cook and is happy to help with baby sitting if required. You will be working with a coworker . We are looking for someone to work for long term and we hope we can get someone with the same mentality.
