Finding indepedent helper for elderly disabled

A grandpa, aged 72 and suffered from stroke with problematic left side body, is now looking for reliable helper to help him to take shower (need assistance in taking off and putting on clothes), prepare daily meals, clean his home, cooking and help him to go toilet, taking him back to hospital and consult doctor.

She will live in a single room with double bed with air-conditioning. She will be the only person to live together with the grandpa. We are looking for honest, experienced and reliable helper. She must have related proven experiences in taking care of disabled elderly.

Since the helper is the only person to assist grandpa only, we need the candidate to work very independently and FULLY commit to the work. She should be able to speak Cantonese, or/ and Mandarin. We are NOT looking for helper always using her phone, especially during day work time and leave grandpa unattended. Hopefully, she can take weekly off on every Saturday, instead of Sunday.
