Babysitter

My name is Judie, short for Judilyn. I am 45 years old and have one son, aged 15. I have been working in Hong Kong for almost 14 years with one Chinese employer only. When I started, I took care of two girls aged 3 and 8 years old in a family of four. Both parents were working from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and they entrusted me with full responsibility for the household. I managed daily routines, cared for the children, and also decided and prepared meals for the family when they returned home from work and school. Now that both children are already grown—one is working abroad and the other is studying—and my employers are retired, they have decided not to renew my contract. I am a reliable and responsible person who can work independently. I always do my best to maintain a well-organized and smooth-running household.
