Hi, I’m Emary Sia, 36 years old. I’m a college undergraduate with a background in Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management, majoring in Marketing. I’m also a proud single mother of three boys. I recently returned to the Philippines after working in Hong Kong for two years as a caregiver, where I developed patience, compassion, and adaptability—skills that I believe are valuable in any work environment. Before that, I worked as a cashier and service crew member in some well-known food chains and restaurants, which taught me the importance of customer service and teamwork. I then transitioned into the real estate industry, where I spent six years focusing on sales and consistently hitting sales quotas. My responsibilities included guiding clients through property purchases, rentals, and sales—managing everything from market analysis and marketing listings, to negotiating offers and coordinating with third-party service providers. I’m a detail-oriented and highly versatile individual who is not selective when it comes to work. As long as I’m provided with the necessary training and guidance, I can quickly adapt and learn.
