Hello! My name is Michelle, I am 35 years old, and I am Filipino. I am fluent in English and have always prioritized fair treatment over a high salary. I take pride in my work and build strong attachments with the families I serve. I love keeping the house organized and tidy, and I am skilled in DIY projects. I excel at multitasking and am independent, hardworking, reliable, and diligent. I value transparency and honesty in my relationships with employers and prefer open communication. I have 5 years of experience in Singapore, where I cared for teenage twins, a boy, and a girl, and took care of 3 cats. I have also cared for dogs and owned two in the past. I have worked in Hong Kong for about 8 years with the same employers, looking after two boys who are now teenagers. I have been responsible for their care since they were in kindergarten. I can proudly say that they have been well-guided throughout their upbringing. I have worked in a stress-free environment, with a high degree of freedom and no supervision. I manage everything independently, including their activities and transportation, without needing instructions or reminders.
