Hello, Im 2nd to the eldest, im a single mother of three, my experiences and duties are asst. Nurse in nursing home in malaysia, duties and responsibilities are always look after the needs and care of the patient, handle with care, more patience and giving daily activities routine, morning care, feeding and bed bathing. Prepare the therapeutic meals for the patient, serve with a heartful care and protect the patient.Monitoring of vital signs and avoid fall, turming positions in bed to avoid bed soar. Talking with the patient to avoid bored and hopeless feel them they are not alone.
