Taking good care children and elderly

Hello ma'am and sir Good day I'm Cionie Gerodiaz 34 years old I'm married and have 4 children ages 5,11,13,15.. I live in Carmen Davao Del Norte Philippines I have 5years work experience her in Philippines 3years in taking good care of 2 children age 2 years old and 4years old..also cleaning, washing clothes ironing markiteng cooking and car washing.im also a pet lover. 2 years taking good care of an old man elderly I assisted taking a medicine, cooking their foods,assisted bathing and changing clothes and also assist them where ever they goes.. I'm also if the elderly is sleep ,I clean the house properly, prepare all they needs, This all my work experience her in Philippines in 5years .. To my future employer ma'am and sir, please choose me to be part of your happy family I do promise doing my duties and responsibilities in ur house and if u have a children I will take care of them I treat them as my own child I give love of them because I'm a responsible person..I'm eager to learn about my job..
