Good day Ma’am/Sir, My name is Jinky Bautista. I am a college graduate and a certified Caregiver NC II holder. While I was in college, I worked as a service crew at Jollibee, which helped me become hardworking, responsible, and good at managing my time. As a working student, I learned how to handle customers professionally, work under pressure, and cooperate well with a team. I also have seven years of experience as a Call Center Agent, where I developed strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities. In addition, I completed 240 hours of hospital-based on-the-job training during my caregiving course and received Basic Life Support (BLS) training. I have experience assisting patients with daily living activities and providing compassionate care. I also personally took care of my father who had pancreatic cancer, which strengthened my dedication and empathy as a caregiver. I am responsible, patient, and willing to learn.
