  As a Hospital Storekeeper in Central Security Hospital - Abha Duties and Responsibilities : • Responsible for all warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, coordinates stocks, documents, warehouse transactions. Maintain records, conduct inventory and storage of supplies inventory and property for the Central Security Hospital. • Performs variety of receiving / shipping, stocking activities, stores and distributes surplus and equipment; maintains inventory and stock records, may serve as a lead worker to the other inventory procedure staff and performs related work as required. • To report challenges encountered in the department. • To comply with the standard policies and procedures of the department and Hospital. • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase items; process and distributes documentation with purchase orders. • Reports documents and track damages and discrepancies on orders received. • Make Intra-Hospital deliveries or requested departmental supplies maintain all records of deliveries. • Do monthly stocks inventory and prepare reports submitted in the company and or Presidency of State and Security as required. • Gather and prepare department requisitions of needed supplies. Submit consolidated requisition to the company for purchasing. • Receives stores, tags and track surplus supplies and coordinate with other Central Security Hospitals in case they needed the surplus supplies identified • Handles documents and documents expired supplies. • Maintains the warehouse cleanliness and orderliness. • Answers questions regarding procedure s and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property. • Performs general storekeeping and warehouse duties, maintain accurate manual and computer records;perform physical labor;understanding and carry out oral and written instruction ; able to drive and maintain cooperatuve working relationship. • Knowledge of modern warehouse procedures including of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials and basic stock inventory procedures, requisition purchase orders, invoice packing slips and the use and meaning of each. Computerized warehouse record keepi incoming and outgoing of medical supplies based on the GRF received and based on the hospital system. * Collaborated with other health professionals ahead of time with regards to availability of medical supplies prior to hospital procedure. * Provide help if necessarily in time of emergency situation.
