Hi I'm Ma. Alma Tanilon 49 years old , single youngest in family. I'm working here in hongkong for 20years with the Chinese and British family. I'm taking care a kids for both family with a newborn baby main duties was cooking, cleaning,marketing and taking care their kids while they're at work. My current employer is Italian/French with the kids 1 1/2 yrs old and 4 years old when I start from them. My work from them was taking care their kids bringing to school and pick up from school. Cooking, cleaning, marketing and some household work and bring them to their activities and playdate. My current employer is going to relocate to Singapore by the middle of June.

    I contacted Ma on 11 June. After 2 interviews and agreement I raised the paper work with the agency and paid their fees. Ma suddenly started pulling away stating that she got an injury which was not disclosed before or when it happened. After that I was ghosted without explanation. I had to withdraw my request with the agency and lost some fees that are not refundable
