1. How to find a domestic helper on HelperChoice platform?
HelperChoice is a matching website. You can find a domestic helper on our online platform and then you can process their visa via Musaned or Maarofa.
Step 1. Sign up on HelperChoice platform and post a job ad.
Step 2. Subscribe to premium - choose from our 2 weeks plan, monthly plan and one time payment package
Step 3. Contact applicants directly and schedule interviews.
Step 4. Once you've selected a helper, you can process the visa via the Musaned website using the Maroofa service.
Step 5. Our team will be in touch to follow through the process until the worker arrives in Saudi Arabia.
2. Can I recruit Filipino workers to Saudi Arabia?
Yes! Starting November 7, 2022 domestic workers from the Philippines are now allowed to be deployed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Following the contract revisions and agreement between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and the Department of Migrant Workers of the Philippines
3. How long does it take to find a helper?
Once you have subscribed to our premium service, you will be entitled to "3 months unlimited access" to our platform and receive dedicated matching service with our matching consultant.
Finding a worker normally takes a minimum of 2 weeks or more than a month depending onyour preferences as well as the the applicant's decisions.

Identify the basic tasks and duties you require. Be clear as to what your domestic worker’s future responsibilities will be.
Define the necessary skills and experience you need
Based on the responsibilities you require, point out the specific skills you need to perform these tasks like childcare,cooking skills, proficiency in English or Arabic, caregiving skills and more.
Decide on your offer
Make sure to emphasize your salary offer, their accommodations, rest day, location and other benefits or rewards. These are important to know and will help attract the right candidate for you
4. What is the Musaned process?
Through Musaned, you can process the worker's electronic visa (E-visa) under direct hire/ pre-selected contracts in the Musaned website. You will select an agency to process the worker's visa, pay the required fees and submit the necessary requirements.

Our service and ethical process
For Saudi Arabia employers and applicants, our service aims to connect both parties through our online platform and our support consultants’ team.
We offer a dedicated support service during which we help you find the perfect domestic worker.
Step 1. You fill out our registration form which will evaluate the working conditions you offer to the applicant.
Step 2. If the working conditions match our ethical standards, we will get in touch with you to confirm the registration and send you our payment link.
Step 3. Our dedicated consultant will shortlist some applicants according to your needs, but also make sure that those applicants are equally interested in this position to avoid mismatching.
Step 4. Our dedicated consultant and recommended agency will guide you through the recruitment and deployment process.
Step 5. We will stay in touch with the domestic worker and yourself throughout the whole employment contract, making sure that her rights and working conditions are respected. If we estimate that they are not, we reserve the right to take actions and report the case to the authorities.
At HelperChoice we believe that:
All foreign domestic workers and employers should be aware of the local regulations regarding the hiring, deployment and employment of foreign domestic workers. Therefore we will send you official materials to make sure you understand those.
All identity documents and personal belongings must be kept by the foreign domestic worker before and after her deployment, including but not limited to: passport, local ID, contract copy…etc
All employers must offer a monthly salary at least equal to the minimum local salary in the deployment country, for foreign domestic workers.
Domestic workers must have a decent place to rest in the employer’s accommodation. The room can be private or shared, however it cannot be shared with an adult of the opposite sex. The room must include: bed, sheets, quilts, a drawer or storage space and ideally a fan / heater for hot or cold weather.
Domestic workers must have dedicated rest time, including one rest day per week (full 24 hours), during which they are allowed to go out and enjoy personal activities.
Employers of foreign domestic workers must offer decent food, or a food allowance, representing a healthy diet with 3 meals a day.
What do we expect from our partners and our employees?
All our business partners and employees must treat our clients, foreign domestic workers and employers, with respect and dignity, and more importantly without judgment.
We believe that all foreign applicants should have access to the job market for free, therefore we make sure that our applicants do not pay any fee, either to our platform, nor to our recommended agencies in the Philippines.
Any additional training requested to domestic workers prior to deployment must be legally required and sponsored by the employer.
